We know people love music, but can music, or songs, help to overcome sadness and unhappiness, or prevent depression?

We know over time we could catch various diseases, but can we reduce or limit the risks in our lifetime?

We know car accidents will happen, but can we reduce the frequency or prevent deadly accidents?
