Night time is about one third of our life. Have a good night sleep is essential to our daily life.

There are many ways that can help us to have a good night sleep:

A warm-hot bath,

A cup of warm soup or milk,

a Yogurt with fruit,

Calm or soft music, such as Silent night by Sarah McLachlan, or great wind music,
