After INTEREST rate has been adjusted to near 3% in USA, US economy is at a pace of growth 4.5-6% a year in recent 12 months. China is at a speed of 6.6% in 2018, and projected to be 6.1% in 2019. Therefore, the growth paces of China and USA are not significantly different when markets and social/economic factors considered. Hence, China is not going to pass USA ECONOMICALLY in any given years before 2050, certainly not before 2025/2030 IF CONDITIONS OF USA STAY IN NORMAL.  Health issues of current economy is a limiting factor of growth in China.
